Game About: A former scavenger takes out a loan, opens a store on a corrupt space station and has to make it pay. Stock ranges from cigarette packs to cybernetic hands, and each piece needs inspecting, pricing and a call on who might come after you for selling it. Customers are a puzzle of their own, since some of them work for Security and others want something from you besides a sale.

What a trainer would be for here
The countdown sign beside the counter window is the clock everything else answers to, and one confiscation or a bad buy can leave you short when it runs out. Some trades also need permits and heavy machinery up front. Those pressure points are where trainers for sims like this usually come in:

• Credits, to afford permits, machines and stock while you are still learning which customers to trust
• Extra days before rent is due, for players who want to study the inspection and appraisal guides without a deadline
• Faction standing, to reach the exclusive deals that normally come from building connections
• Item counts in storage, so a production chain can be tried without collecting every input first

A shop with no rent and no consequences runs out of stories fast, so toggles that can be switched off mid-run are more useful here than permanent ones.
